Maps Available Again!
We remain incredibly proud that the Cartographic and Geographic Information Society named our occult map of Covington one of the best reference maps of 2024, and that it was selected to be part of the American delegation to the 2025 International Cartographic Association exhibition in Vancouver.
What started as a random visit to the historical section of the library grew into thousands of hours spent interviewing current and past Covington residents, studying old records, and wandering alleys at all hours. We heard so many wonderful (and occasionally chilling) stories, stared at so many beautiful facades, and mourned so many lost buildings.
We sadly don’t have the wherewithal to produce more of the double-sided fold-up versions of the map, but we will now be stocking full size single-sided versions, as well as maps of the shop interior.
We don’t know your mom, but we bet she would love one for Mother’s Day.
