On our long journey to find magical objects we’ve acquired the occasional side-quest.
Some, like becoming cat wranglers, were probably inevitable. Others surprise even us.
We certainly didn’t expect to become collectors of Victorian dining table centerpieces and serving dishes.
But, here we are.
We should probably figure out the right way to pronounce epergne.
Fun film fact: In the short-lived HBO spinoff “Dune: Prophecy,” this model of biscuit tin was used as a prop to carry the supernatural spice melange.
